Muncie Juneteenth Celebration

Juneteenth is a day of celebration, honoring the past and creating the future. A day that the entire city can come together and enjoy a time in the Heekin park. A reminder that we are one city; one community and we are Better Together.
Our focus is to Engage, Educate, Enjoy & Empower! Our goal is to bring the community together, educate everyone on the importance of Juneteenth, enjoy the day with our community and empower people to stay strong during these trying times.
With the help and generous support of our sponsors, we will have free food from 3 p.m.-6 p.m., games, bands, spoken word, dancers, DJ, giveaways, prizes and inflatables.
Food/Merchandise Vendors and Community Tables will be available.
Bring your family, tent, lawn chair, cooler and enjoy a day in the park.
