The Whitely Community Council Bill Assistance Program is no longer active.
We have exhausted all available funds for the program.
The Whitely Community Council would like to thank the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, The Heart of Indiana United Way, The Office of Community Development, and Glick Philanthropies for supporting this program! The program started in June of 2020 during the start of the Covid Pandemic and ran for over 3 years and awarded $72,000 to residents in the Whitely and surrounding neighborhoods.
